Refund policy

Digital products

All PawPlan products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because your files are available to you immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled, except as described below.

Faulty or missing files

If your download link doesn't work, a file is corrupted, or you never received your files, contact the email address listed on our Contact page within 7 days of purchase, and we'll fix the issue or issue a refund.

Accidental or duplicate orders

If you purchased by mistake or placed a duplicate order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review your request.
